It facilitates the entry of requisitions and the capturing of Purchase Order Receipts (GRN) directly from the field, ensuring that updates to the COINS ERP system's Procurement module occur in near real time.

Upon logging in, users are presented with open purchase orders (POs) related to their contracts. When deliveries arrive on-site, users have the capability to record essential details such as the supplier delivery ticket number, quantities received for each line item, and photographs of the materials or accompanying delivery paperwork. This immediacy allows any delivery discrepancies to be documented promptly.

The COINS mProcurement app effectively reduces potential supplier disputes and expedites problem resolution through the collection of verifiable evidence, including signatures, date-stamped photographs, and GPS coordinates indicating the delivery location.

• Quickly record costs against jobs and accurately attribute accrued costs without relying on quantity surveyor calculations.

• Access POs based on specific contracts or delivery dates: today, overdue, or all orders.
• Verify goods against purchase orders at the time of delivery by capturing delivered quantities and documenting any rejected items along with reasons such as damage.
• Pause receipt entry, allowing users to return to it at a later time if needed.
• Take up to 10 photographs to substantiate each receipt, with an option to require a photograph.
